Pay-By-Deposit™ Instructions

By choosing to utilize our Pay By Deposit™ feature, you are able to get your money where it's going in one of the least expensive ways possible! Follow the instructions below to complete your transaction:

STEP 1
If this is your firstPay By Deposit™ transaction, we will need to verify your identity (if you have done so already you can skip to Step 2). To make the process as fast and easy as possible, we have two ways in which this can be done:

a) Click here and pay a one time $0.99 verification fee using your credit card.
Your identity will be verified via the approval process.
OR
b) Fax us a copy of a Government-issued identification document with a picture (passport, driver's license, etc).

STEP 2
Visit your local Bank of America branch and deposit the amount of your payment and the corresponding fee listed on your receipt into bank account #0044 6880 5885 (Payee: "DIRECT CONNECT, INC.")

STEP 3
a) Email us at Confirmation@DCGhana.com, with the Order ID from your order confirmation (sent to you via email) in the subject line, to let us know that you have made your payment.
OR
b) Send a fax to us at 1-202-379-9844, with the Order ID from your order confirmation (sent to you via email) in the subject line, to let us know that you have made your payment. Please also include a phone number, fax number, or email address at which we can contact you.

STEP 4
Upon confirmation that payment has been received in our bank account, we will email, call, or send a fax to let you know! Please note that we will contact you one final time once your transaction has been completed and/or if additional information is required to do so.
